I feel like I have some explaining to do. We can all agree that the definition of home changes over time.
In November, nine OM'ies got together to enjoy brunch while packing up Blessing Bags for the homeless. Each bag included toothbrushes, toothpaste, water, snacks, hair ties, sunscreen, a thoughtful note and tons of other essentials.
After brunching and packaging, we made over 35 bags! We each were able to take a few bags home with us. Now, whether we're driving to work or running errands, when we stumble upon a person in need, we can give them something they truly need.
Here's a look at Feels Like Om's first ever pop up shop! Pineapple Triangle was held at The Bentley Projects in Downtown Phoenix on October 17, 2015. With more than 60 vendors, Pineapple Triangle is a go to market to find holiday gifts and local love. When all was said and sold, Feels Like OM donated more than $100 to Adopt-A-Pet, Habitat for Humanity, and Maggie's Place.

THE LEAVES AREN'T THE ONLY THING FALLING, OM'IE...
I'M FALLING FOR YOU.
Mmt, Mmt, Mmt, another month bites the dust! Since the last time I wrote to you I've been busting my butt getting ready for Pineapple Triangle on October 17th. My hope is that I might just "accidentally" bump into you there.. And if I "accidentally" have my legs shaved, teeth brushed, hair combed, a bouquet of fresh flowers, and a massive amount of OM stuff calling your name, so be it!
Planning? HAH I don't know what you're talking about....
Ok so it's obvious, I like you. I want to date you. I want you to have my letterman jacket... My OM shirts, blankets, mugs, bags, art, and yoga gear... OM'ie, whatever I've got, it's yours.
But if I'm not enough to get you there, here are a few reasons to check out
Now I realize you might not live in Arizona, in which case, Pineapple Triangle probably won't fit into your weekend plans. But hey, long distance doesn't have to be hard. COMmunication is key. You feel like OM to me.
To prove it, I'm offering FREE SHIPPING the entire month of October.
You are loved and you are special. Remind yourself of that.
A look back at September's Love Letter
How is it September already? I haven’t been to Target lately but I'm guessing they've put their Halloween candy on sale and have moved on to turkey and tinsel. Good thing I just found an ornament from last year behind the couch...
So, I'm thinking it's time for another speed date. Buckle Up! (Click here if you missed the first round and want to get up to speed)
It seems like just yesterday I started courting you and now here you are opening a Love Letter from me two months later… Look, I know the Notebook was a three hour movie and all, but in real life…. that love story took some tiiiiime. Noah was a patient and persistent OM’ie, and Allie was the One-Handed Tree Pose of all tough yoga poses. Or maybe she was the Bird of Paradise. Regardless Babe, if you're a bird, I'm a bird.
Your love is worth the overtime I've been putting in even if it means I have to fill an entire Notebook with Love Letters.
This month, I dare you to use the discount code below to take 10% off of your order (expires 9/14 at midnight PT).
You are loved and you are special. Remind yourself of that.
August has come and passed. September's Love Letter just went out. Sign up so that you can start feeling the love.
Hello Pretty OM'ie!
We meet again! And this time it's on the weekend..?! Baby steps, sure, but definitely baby steps in the right direction.
So this month has been kind of unproductive. I'm probably not supposed to say that, but it's true. Typically when you're courting someone you put on a show: An "I have a good job, I drive a nice car, I love my mom, and I brush my teeth every night" kind of experience. And while yes, all of those things are true; I hope that you take my honesty as a sign that I truly value you and all of your support.
Since the last time I wrote to you, I rested. I spent time with family, I criticized my work, I celebrated small victories, and I prayed. There were days when I was downer than Downward Facing Dog and others where I felt unstoppable.
We all want to be the big “overnight” success story. But here’s what I’ve come to terms with this past month; Success is not something you achieve and then get to sip champagne, eat grapes, and do yoga all day. No, no, no… Success is something we must continuously work for, day in and day out.
Successes, however big or small, are something to be celebrated. I'm happy dancing as I issue the FIRST checks to Habitat for Humanity, Adopt-A-Pet, and Maggie’s Place, and baby, you better be putting on your dancing shoes too! CLICK HERE to see the impact we made in just one month. Keep rockin’ the shirts. Keep spreading the word. Keep the world smiling and celebrate every tiny victory.
Let's get this month started off right. Use the discount code below to take 10% off of your order (expires 8/14 at midnight PT**).

I'm not sure what or who brought you to Feels Like Om but I'm happy you're here. If you haven't already signed up for the MONTHLY LOVE LETTER, please do! Here is the very first July Love Letter that went out and the next one goes out August 1st with a new coupon code to use. The best day of your month starts here!
DID THE 4TH OF JULY COME EARLY THIS YEAR?
BECAUSE I SWEAR WHEN YOUR EYES MET MINE, I SAW SPARKS FLY...
The fateful day has come. You gave me your email and now I have to seal the deal. Since I know a few things about you and you know a little about me, I figured I'd take this relationship one step further by not only sending you the first love letter, but by taking you on a quick speed date...
Now, I'm not going to lie, I've had a really hard time coming up with anything witty and charming to say that I knew would 100% whisk you off of your feet and into my loving arms (I think they call that acro-yoga?). I've put pen to paper multiple times trying to express my love for you and all I end up with is a blank slate and a glass of red wine.
How could I ever put into words the fire that you have ignited in me just by showing the slightest of interest when you entered that email of yours?
I don't mean to sound creepy since I know we've only just met, but from the minute I wake up to the second I close my eyes at night, I can't get you off of my mind;
What shirt would look best on you?
What color brings out your eyes?
How do you like your coffee?
What art would look good on your walls?
Would this make you laugh?
Would this make you cry?
Seriously... Feels Like Om is for YOU. You are my OM. You inspire me to create. You inspire me to help others. Your big heart and your supportive nature makes me want to give back to the community and support others, too. Plain and simple,
With that being said, I present to you Feels Like Om, the purveyor of all things comfortable: from apparel to yoga gear, pet goods to home goods... Every purchase you make, gives a percentage back to the homeless charity of your choice, because we both know that Pets and People alike, Everyone Deserves a Place that Feels Like Om.
OM'ie, thank you for sticking by me and thank you for wanting to make a difference in the lives of others. As my way of saying welcome, hi, I love you, be my OM'ie, please use:

I can't thank you enough for being patient with me, for all of your kind words, and for supporting me as I take this plunge. Owning a business and actually getting people to care about it is hard work. Heck, who knew that coming up with an idea was the easiest part… But, the light at the end of the tunnel is near and that means it’s only the beginning for you, me and all things comfortable.
You are loved and you are special. Remind yourself of that. xoxo, Emily
