Shipping Information

Feels Like Om will fulfill orders within 2-3 business days of when order was placed.  If it is a custom order, there is quite a bit more love going into it and could take anywhere from 1-3 weeks from order date to be fulfilled.

Because everyone needs a little relaxation and recovery, any order placed on Friday-Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.

All digital files are delivered within 24 hours to your specified email address and will expire 24 hours from delivery.  If you miss the boat, email hello.feelslikeom@gmail.com and we'll resend.

Currently, Feels Like Om only ships within the United States, but we'll work on it.  Shoot us an email if you'd like to see Feels Like Om in your country!

Customers in South Carolina will have tax of 6% added to their order.

We use USPS Standard Shipping (2-8 business days) which means you can expect your pretty little package within 2 weeks from time of order.

If you need a rush on your order, please contact us via hello.feelslikeom@gmail.com prior to placing your order and we can make arrangements for a speedy delivery.

Please note that we are not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered packages. If you’d like to insure your shipment via USPS, please contact us prior to ordering. All lost, stolen, or returned packages paid without insurance are the responsibility of the buyer. In the rare event of a USPS failure, please contact them with any questions or concerns.

Well, OM’ie, the goal is to have you cheesin’ from cheek to cheek with your Feels Like Om goodies in hand, but because we haven’t quite perfected our own online shopping habits, we totally understand that sometimes you just miss the mark.

Before you order, please read all helpful hints and descriptions on the product.  We really try to paint a picture of exactly what you should expect.  No surprises… except for the goodies we include in your shipment, but that’s for us to know and for you to find out!

Due to the nature of the items, all digital, one-of-a-kind, or custom orders are NON REFUNDABLE.  However, if you aren’t happy, neither are we!  We will do our best to make it right so that at the end of this, we’re both holding hands, skippin’, and trying to remember why we were upset in the first place.

We gladly accept returns/exchanges on apparel, home goods, yoga, and pet gear for STORE CREDIT as long as the product and you meet these little ol’ requirements:

1.     Notify us via email at hello.feelslikeom@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your item (Please include your order #, name, preferred contact information, as well as the reason for return/exchange)

2.     Item is not a one-of-a-kind, digital, or custom order

3.     Item is in original condition: tags still intact, unwashed, no rips, stains, smells, hair or obvious wear.

Once we’ve been notified, we will email you a Return Label, which will cover the cost for the original shipping.  We recommend using the same or similar shipping material to ensure that shipping does not cost you extra.  You will need to take the package to a USPS location and have it shipped out within 7 days of receiving the Return Label.

Once we’ve received the item, we will inspect it and issue you a promo code for the item price (shipping is non refundable).

If you are wishing to exchange the item for a different size, you will need to follow the same return process.  Keep in mind, that although we try to keep the store stocked and ready to rock, we can’t guarantee the availability of the desired item/size when the return process is complete.

If you’ve received an item by mistake or an item that is broken upon receipt, please...

1.     Forgive us. We’re only human, OM’ie.  Blame the wine we were drinkin’ while packing

2.     Shoot us an email within 24 hours of receiving and detail the problem

3.     Wait for us to send a Return Label to your email and ship us the package through USPS within 7 days of receiving the Return Label

Once we’ve received the item, we’ll get in touch and either send you the correct product or issue you a credit.  Whatever you want, you got!
